Yes,
If so what servers?:
Along with the previous servers, I have ranked from Ensign to Grand Admiral on a few servers and have been staff on a few SWRP servers but I don’t tend to become staff due to my focus on wanting to RP and not Staff.

Part 3: Commanding and Management of Regiment
How often would you train your regiment?:
As often as I see fit, I will make the 98th look Elite even if it isn’t. Meaning, whenever I am online and there is a period of ‘Down-Time’.
How many days of inactivity until you kick a trooper?:
In the early days of the server, 3 days (without Valid Reason). Later, I may increase it to 5 days..
What would your biggest rule be for troopers to follow?:
“You before Me when running, Me before You when fighting.”
What kind of troopers would you want to attract and recruit?:
The capable, the ones who know how to RP and expect the same from their Battalion, and the ones who aren’t afraid to get a little damaged in a fire fight.
If you had a minge in your regiment how would you react?:
Gone. Simply said, they would be out of the Regiment as soon as I see / hear from a trustworthy source (higher ranks in my Battalion).
Whats the best way to deal with poorly behaved troopers?:
Discipline, take them to the Hanger(s) and have them run laps. Trigger Discipline, Squats, ‘Gun Run’. Anything that I can think of to make them not want to every mess up again.
How would you train your troopers?:
I would gain an area (preferably MHB but anywhere would suffice) to which I would call all my Troops there and talk to them. Drill them in a Trooper’s basics and remind them of the 98th’s principle. Which would be “You before Me when running, Me before You when fighting.” I would then give them physical training: Laps, Trigger Discipline, Obstacle Courses, Simulations, anything necessary to fine-tune my Troopers to compare with the best.
What would you want to your regiment to be most known for?:
Their Valour. My Troopers will be trained in putting other before themselves and will always be the last to leave on an Evac Mission.
What makes you a good commander?:
My Quick-Thinking, Assertive nature would allow me to make a plan on the spot in the heat of a gunfight and my Ruthlessness in delivering punishments would make me a fair Commander on board the Star Destroyer. Along with my Experience, my men will be trained to be the tanks of the Troopers and be made to feel and shake of damage. We are Heavy Troopers. We are meant to feel pain in the place of others.
What would be your style when dealing with your troops?:
Professionalism and Force. We stick to the plan and execute it and make it look easy. We would be able to wipe out an entire Rebel Squadron on our own.
Part 4: Possible scenarios of commanding
Your troopers are arguing with another regiment ,what do you do?
Put my foot down. Request a meeting with the CO or Commissioned Officer of the other Regiment and have them call his / her troops and mine to the MHB. To which, I basically say “Fix your Damn Attitude. You’re the Empire’s Troopers, you are not trained to fight as enemies but to fight as brothers. This ends now, if I need to take this further I will, And it won’t be pretty.”
Your troopers refuse to follow orders in a mission ,what do you do?
Depending on the reason. If one reason is because they have seen a better route or have another suggestion I listen to it and then base a decision. If the case of “That’s suicide” or “No Piss Off”, then I simply say, “Fine. Wait at the Transport. We’ll deal with this so you don’t have to Storm Trooper” and then we move on with the orders.
You have someone you have seen minge on another server in a tryout to be in your regiment ,what do you do?
What happens on one server stays on that server. I have no reason to deny him entry to my Battalion if he meets my Standards. But a known minge will bring me to raise the difficulty of the Tryouts slightly, but if he still passes, I will allow him into the Battalion, of course informing my Troopers to keep an eye on him in case of Mingery.
Another CO claims your regiment are minging and disrespecting his troopers ,What do you do?
Similar to the First Scenario, I call a meeting with the CO and ask what exactly my Troopers have been doing and ask if he can bring some of the Disrespected Troopers to the MHB. Then, I summon my whole Regiment and have them apologise, if they refuse I may demote them or even kick them out. Our regiment is to remain Neutral on the ship and have all as Allies and none as Enemies.
Two of your troopers are arguing about who is better ,what do you do?
Dependent on the nature of the argument. I would have them battle it out in a Simulation (on the ship) if one is available. But if it is happening on a Mission then I would merely tell them to Shut Up and prove it then.
